Nick. M and Dano came in and replace my ac compressor that was not working. They we professional and courteous they complete the work within a few hours. They came in a couple of weeks prior and diagnosed. The issue took a while because we had to wait for the parts to be order. I recommend this company to anyone. Amazing crew.

I recently replaced my full AC/furnace system and i am very happy with it. I initially spoke with Alex (sales manager) and he was thorough in explaining my options and costs. After deciding to move forward, the online financial transaction was easy, and Alex walked me through it. I was able to make an appointment to have the work done very quickly. Texts were sent to confirm the appointment, inform me who would be coming to do the work and at what time. The guys arrived exactly on time and worked most of the day. The final product looks and works great! The guys are professional and experienced. I highly recommend calling PAWS if you need a system!

Recently signed up with Perfect Air and had my first maintenance check-up fir spring summer. Unfortunately as it was a cold day, the visit could not check the refrigerant level and that has to be done on another day. However the price for their special was well worth it. Also I was fortunate to have the installation supervisor Nazar do my check-up so he spent a fair amount of time taking pictures and checking out the system very thoroughly. He gave some good advice. My recommendation to others is when the technician leaves and it's a cold day, remember to put your heat back on.

It’s our first winter in our new home and suddenly the super old furnace broke in the middle of the night during the coldest winter! I called around for a few quotes and these guys were very responsive, took their time to inspect the whole home, and extremely reasonably priced in comparison. I was nervous being this is my first big home Reno as a new homeowner but Alex was truly incredible. He answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns! We went with an high efficiency furnace and also decided to install an AC condenser at the same time since we already had ductwork and I’m so happy we did! (it was on our list of upgrades.) Nadar, all of the HVAC guys and their electrician Leo were very kind, clean, and respectful. They laid down floor protection and even wore shoe coverings! Their work was very well done and our new system looks so good!! They showed me how to change my filters in the future and helped muffle my loud old duct system. Truly very impressed with their professionalism and happy we went with PAWS! Thank you!! 🩷

I woke up to a leaking water heater and PAWS saved the day. They popped up on my Instagram feed a while back and I saved their contact info which came in handy today. Called and was connected with Alex who gave me a consultation and a quote instantly, the pricing was fair and reasonable so we moved forward. Alex dispatched his team and Bogdan + Wesley arrived within an hour or so. They were great guys, very courteous and friendly, and they worked diligently until the job was done. The new plumbing looks like a work of art, these guys are really masters of their craft. Bogdan and Wesley explained everything to me and tested the system thoroughly before leaving. I'm a happy customer and would highly recommend PAWS!
